ResearchGovernment circulars are helpful documents with instructions, regulations and information on various aspects of grant management published by the United States Office of Management and Budget. Working cooperatively with the grantmaking agencies and the grantee community, OMB leads the development of government-wide policy to assure that grants are managed properly and that federal dollars are spent in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
