Cory Cole - President

Cory's presidency starts in January 2013. His duties include presiding at Executive Committee membership meetings and general membership meetings; appointing special committees with the approval of the general assembly; presenting an annual report; and performing other such duties as may be required by the bylaws or resolutions of the Executive Committee.

Cory graduated in 2011 from Northern Michigan University with a B.S. in Business Management.  Currently, he works in the First Year Programs office as a Graduate Assistant and is pursing a master's degree in Training, Development and Performance Improvement. Lizzie Corser - Vice President

Originally from Ontonagon, Michigan, Lizzie is a Northern Michigan University alumnae, graduating in the spring of 2011 as the Board of Trustee's Outstanding Female Graduate with a B.S. in Public Relations. She works with academic service learning as a Graduate Assistant in the Center for Student Enrichment and holds a position with the Marquette Downtown Development Authority assisting with marketing, events and administrative responsibilities. Lizzie is pursuing a Master's degree in  Public Administration with a concentration in public management. Christina Dougherty-Secretary

Originally from Oconto Falls, Wisconsin, Christina graduated from Northern Michigan University in 2011 with a BS in Public Administration and a minor in History.  She currently works at Lowe's, as well as interning with the City of Marquette. She is pursuing a master's degree in Public Administration with a concentration in State and Local Government. Hannah Kratz -Treasurer

Hannah graduated in 2012 from Northern Michigan University with a B.S. in Economics. Currently she works in the Center for Student Enrichment with Academic Service Learning and is pursuing a master's degree in Public Administration. Sasha Dixon - Social Chair

Originally from Iron Mountain, Michigan, Sasha graduated in 2011 with a B.S. in Public Administration and a minor in Biology. She currently is working with Michigan Energy Option (MEO) and pursuing a master's degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Public Management. Laurel Hill - Biology Correspondent

Laurel Hill is a first year graduate student of biology. She is currently following up on previous research conducted by Dr. William Robinson, an emeritus biology professor of the NMU Biology Department. 

The study focuses on the change of spruce grouse populations and associated habitats on the Yellow Dog Plains. In her free time she enjoys bird watching, hiking and exploring.
