The integration of assessment data and application of management strategies for chronic illnesses across the life span in rural, primary care settings. This course provides an opportunity to apply the theoretical foundations of NE 544 Primary Care Management - 2 to clinical practice. The clinical practicum experience permits students to work with clinical experts in rural, primary care settings while under the guidance of a faculty member. Emphasis is on role development and collaborative / independent problem solving. Students are required to complete 240 clinic hours.
