Academic Load

Normally the maximum number of semester hours that may be taken by a full-time graduate student is 12 in a semester or eight during one of the two summer sessions. Enrollment in excess of these guidelines can be approved by the Assistant Provost of Graduate Education and Research based upon the recommendation of the student's adviser.
