Reapplication for admission to graduate studies if originally granted permission to take graduate-level courses on a non-degree basis

During the semester in which the candidate expects to complete the 10th semester hour of graduate level work with an overall grade point average of 3.0 or better.

Filing of approved Plan of Study for provisional certification

Prior to taking any course work in education

Development of a Graduate Plan of Study

During the semester in which the candidate expects to complete the 12th semester hour of graduate-level work with an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

Admission to candidacy    

Faculty adviser, department chairperson, and Dean of Graduate Studies               

At the time the Plan of Study has been approved by the adviser, department head, and the Dean of Graduate Studies

Application for graduation and commencement participation               

College of Graduate Studies               
               

During course registration for the semester in which student will complete requirements, but no later than the fourth day of the semester in which the student plans to graduate.

During the semester in which the degree is expected and at the time the student registers for graduation.
