Program Director Heather Pickett is an NMU alumnus who received her BS in Sociology in 2006 and MAE in School Counseling in 2008. Prior to work at NMU, Heather worked at a Tribal College with TRIO Student Support Services and in Online Program Administration. Growing up in rural Mecosta County – Big Rapids, MI, Heather developed a great love for outdoor activities including biking, fishing, and canoeing.
