Scholarship Search

There are many types of scholarships available at Northern Michigan University. Some are automatically awarded based on your financial need. Some are privately funded by NMU donors and these usually must be applied for on an annual basis. Different donor scholarships have different requirements, such as a particular major, financial need, grade point average or hometown.

What the NMU Scholarship Search is designed to do is to give you a general idea of scholarships at NMU that you may be eligible to receive. However, you must investigate each scholarship's specific criteria to be sure that you actually do meet all of the qualifications. Scholarships that show up on your customized list after hitting the submit button below are those where your answers below led us to believe that you meet at least one minimum requirement.
