NMU Retirees Learn About the Impact and Advantages of Estate Planning

Scholarship recipient students and NMU Foundation Major and Planned Giving officers attended the February meeting of NMU faculty and staff retirees. The students spoke to the group about the difference that private giving is making in advancing their academic careers. Foundation Development Officers provided information and answered questions about the importance, advantages and types of estate planning and how legacy gifts can transform the future of the university and its student.
