      • Decorative guns or swords: place in regular storage
      • Stage combat guns and swords: weapons are to be collected and locked up
      • Real swords, knifes or guns: leave the theater building every night
      • Illegal weapons, such as a butterfly knife or switch blade: bring to Public Safety for lock up
  • Open Flame
    • Open flame use onstage must be cleared through the producer
    • Open flame use during a performance:
      • A fire extinguisher must be held in the ready position at all times when the flame is onstage
      • Some sort of water must be onstage in case the fire gets only slightly out of hand so actors can control it without an assistant stage manager running onstage to use an extinguisher
    • Storage
      • A Pyre must be kept in an on-site, locked, metal storage cabinet
      • Matches, torches, candles must be must be kept in an on-site, locked, metal storage cabinet
  • Actor Safety (Performance)
    • No actors may wander around in the house or around the lobby while they are in costume, including before and after the show
    • No actors may eat, drink, or smoke while in costume
