How To Apply

You should apply as early as possible to ensure that you have time to obtain the documents you need for your application, receive your I-20, and obtain your visa. 

Students must submit:

• Complete ESL Student Admissions Application (pdf)
• High school transcript, which lists courses, semester hours, and grades
• Certification of Finances
• Students intending to enroll in degreed programs at NMU in the fall or winter semester must complete the university’s international student application procedure.
