Presque Isle Property Renovation

Site work, interior and exterior renovations to an existing Hardees restaurant building.  Work includes, but is not limited to: selective demolition and disposal, exterior concrete and stamped concrete work, New interior finishes (ceramic, quarry tile, carpet tiles and suspended ceilings), Fireplace and cultured stone work, miscellaneous steel stud and drywall work, casework, painting and associated architectural work.  Also included is minor plumbing, HVAC repair, lighting, miscellaneous electrical and data work.

Temaki & Tea along with Smoothie King will make this location their new home to serve the university community along with the public.
