Capital Outlay Requests

The State of Michigan requests a five-year master capital outlay plan from each of the 15 public universities annually. This document outlines changes to the physical campus, along with proposed changes. It also prioritizes which capital outlay projects are most critical to a campus and why. Click on the following links to view the plans Northern Michigan University submitted to the state each year since 2002. Older plans are available in the Facilities Department office, located in 136 Services Building.
