Jose Andres holds a Bachelor's Degree from The Ecuadorian Pontifical Catholic University in Clinical Psychology. He moved to Marquette in 2012 to enroll in the Training, Development and Performance Improvement Master's program. He has work related experience in teaching, school counseling, psychotherapy and facilitating change in organizations, mainly in his hometown of Quito, Ecuador. He is thrilled to be working at the Dean of Students Office because it is a great challenge. He wishes to give his best efforts to join the staff with enough synergy when searching for the best answers to students' questions and requests. He enjoys playing the guitar and singing to his wife, and walking in nature.
