Northern Michigan University offers a variety of summer institutes that offer opportunities for professionals to continue their development.

Notebook Computer Rental for Teachers

NMU is extending an offer of free use of a laptop to K-12 teachers from Michigan who are enrolled in Summer Session II graduate-level Education courses at NMU.

This is a pilot program supporting NMU’s effort to encourage teachers to continue their professional education at NMU.   It is also part of an effort to strengthen the bonds between K-12 education in Michigan and Northern Michigan University. More Information
