Jill A. Roadman joined the Criminal Justice Department in Spring 2012.  She is currently employed at Sears Holdings as the Divisional Vice President for Sears Specialty, Home Services and Logistics in Loss Prevention.  She graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Criminal Justice.  She has presented at the National Retail Federation (NRF) about Woman in Loss Prevention.  She has held various positions in Loss Prevention with companies including: Marshall Field’s, Montgomery Wards, TJ Maxx, Kohl’s Department Stores, and Office Max.  Jill also is a police commissioner. Outside of work Jill enjoys snowmobiling, boating, and family activities.
