This interactive 10-day, 80 hour course is designed to provide the learner the tools and knowledge needed to successfully complete a Lean Champion project. Many “real world” examples are used throughout the course to illustrate how the Lean Manufacturing Champion methodology can be effectively applied in both manufacturing and transactional environments. This course is structured to allow the learner time to apply what they learn in the classroom to the completion of a project.

Certification: Earn a certification as a Lean Champion from
