The Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) regulation 29 CFR 1910.120 is administered and enforced by OSHA/MIOSHA. The regulation applies to all General Site Workers (equipment operators, general laborers, and supervisory personnel) and Occasional Site Workers (sampling surveying, other transitory tasks) engaged in any activity which potentially exposes workers to hazardous substances and health hazards.
|The 8-hour Annual Refresher course is required annually after completion of the 40-hour Initial course. $175|
|The 24-hour Technical course qualifies people for the Occasional Site Worker level for work on known or potentially contaminated sites. $500|
|The 40-hour Full Initial course is for General Site Workers on known or potentially contaminated sites. It also meets classroom / instructional requirements for Supervisors. $750|
|NEW: MSHA Refresher and New Miner are available by arrangement.|
