The Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) regulation 29 CFR 1910.120 is administered and enforced by OSHA/MIOSHA. The regulation applies to all General Site Workers (equipment operators, general laborers, and supervisory personnel) and Occasional Site Workers (sampling surveying, other transitory tasks) engaged in any activity which potentially exposes workers to hazardous substances and health hazards.
