Continuing Education and Workforce Development

This office is committed to professional, workforce development and personal training, delivering opportunities for anyone interested in continuing their education, updating their skills or participating in professional development. We partner with business and industry throughout the Upper Peninsula. The primary objective is to create, sustain and retain a skilled workforce that supports current business and industry while considering the future workforce.

Michigan Certified Assessing Technician

Must register more than 30 days before class.
Due to the holidays, registration will end on December 20, 2017.


Bus Driver/Supervisor Training

Beginning - February 2 & 3, 2018 (Friday - Saturday) - Marquette

Transportation Supervisor Training - Available online: Part 1 & Part 2


Motorcycle Safety Registration

Courses are complete for the 2017 training season.

Online Registration will open on March 1 for the 2018 season.
