The office of Continuing Education and Workforce Development is concerned with Professional, Workforce Development and Personal Training, delivering opportunities for anyone interested in continuing their education, updating their skills, or participating in professional development. The office of Continuing Education and Workforce Development partners with business and industry throughout the Upper Peninsula serving and training employees to meet the needs of regional employers. The primary objective of Continuing Education and Workforce Development at NMU is to create, sustain, and retain a skilled workforce that supports current business and industry while considering the future workforce.
