The student concessions manager will be considered the Person in Charge (PIC) of event operations in the absence of full time management staff.  The PIC, as defined by the Marquette County Health Department, must be knowledgeable of food service standards and the Michigan Health Code. The student manager is responsible for management of concession supervisors and concession clerks.


  1. A demonstrated ability to lead by example.
  2. Requires minimum of two years concession experience.
  3. The ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights and weekends.

Wage: Starting at $9.00 per hour.
