Responsible for internal operation of concession area during events. This includes supervision of assigned clerks to assure compliance with established policies. The ability to direct and delegate are essential. Duties include supervision of food preparation, customer service, cash register accounting, sanitation of facilities and safety practices.


  1. Requires minimum of one year concessions experience.
  2. Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
  3. Proven leadership and customer service skills.
  4. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with subordinates and management.
  5. Positive outgoing personality. 

Wage: Starting at $8.50 per hour.
