MARQUETTE, Mich.—The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will present “A Chef’s Panache for Cooking—Think Ethnic” at noon Thursday, March 1, at Elizabeth’s Chop House on Front Street.
            Chefs Tom Wahlstrom and Chadd Wellman will create a special meal for participants while demonstrating the ingredients and preparation methods.The course costs $15 for NCLL members and $18 for non-members. Register by Monday, Feb. 27, by calling Paula McCormick at 228-5489.
