Overview
NMU radiography program offers a learning opportunity in the radiologic sciences; which allows a graduate the ability to prosper as a professional entry-level radiographer or seek further advancement through the diverse opportunities in diagnostic imaging. The radiography program is a five-semester, consecutive 21-month program divided into theory and clinical practicum components.
Theory:
Program curriculum includes essential courses in anatomy and physiology, pathology, radiation physics, radiation biology and protection, patient care, radiographic procedures, diagnostic imaging equipment, imaging processes, cross-sectional imaging, human diversity and medicolegal ethics.
Clinical:
A student will complete assigned clinical rotations each semester. Students will need transportation to attend clinical rotations
Clinical Affiliations
Clinical practicum rotations will vary.
Semester 1 and 2: MGHS, Bell Hospital, Munising Memorial Hospital and Orthopaedic Surgery Associates
Semesters 3-5: (Students may need to relocate for clinical internship during this time).

Refunds
Tuition refunds are granted for students who withdraw from the program within specified time frames on the tuition refund schedule. The computed credit amount is credited to the student's account and all obligations are deducted. The balance is returned (prorated) to aplicable payment sources. Any refund due to the student is issued by check.
