Do I have to pay to use the system?
No.  This service is provided to NMU students, alumni, and recruiting employers free of charge.

Will my user account ever expire?
No.  But we do ask that you keep your account information as up-to-date as possible.

Will students know that I have viewed their resume?
While they may like to know, right now students will not be able to tell who has viewed and/or downloaded their resume.

Can I search through the resumes that are posted on the system?
Absolutely. You can search by academic major, city, state, and name.  You can also perform a keyword search if the student(s) have loaded keywords into their profile.

Are the resumes created in MS Word or some other format?
We allow students to upload their resume in one of two possible formats - MS Word (.doc) or as a PDF file.  You will have to have MS Word loaded on your computer in order to view files labeled with the .doc extension.

How old are the resumes on the system?
Student and alumni user accounts are kept active for 90 days.  After 90 days, the user is asked if they'd like to update their profile.  If they choose "no", their file (and resume) are deleted form the system.  This way, you will always have access to files that are as up to date as possible.
