I am pleased to inform you that you have been selected for the Language Department’s Desk Clerk position.  Your starting pay will be $5.15 an hour and you will be reporting to Dr. Angela French, Director of the Language Department.  Based on your class schedule, we would like you to report to work on Tuesday, September 12 at 9:00 am for your initial training and orientation.  You should report to the Language Department in 404 Bigg Hall.

I have enclosed information regarding our department as well as a job description for your review.  We will discuss this information in more depth when you begin your work assignment.  Please contact me at ext. 5555 should you have any questions at this time.  We are very excited to have you on board with our organization and look forward to seeing you on the 12th.  Best of luck for the coming school year!
