Shirley Brozzo (Multicultural Education and Resource Center) presented “Understanding the ABC’s of the LGBT Community” at the eighth annual U.P. Nonprofit Conference held Oct.19 at NMU. At the same conference, AJ Lara, a graduate assistant for the Multicultural Education and Resource Center, presented “Effective Communication Strategies When Working with Underserved Youth.”
