Don Faust (Mathematics and Computer Science) presented the paper “On the Structure of Evidential Gluts and Gaps” at the International Conference on Applied Mathematics and Interdisciplinary Research held at Nankai University in Tianjin, China.
Kathy Saville (AIS) presented a session called "Will You Be a Successful Online Student" at the sixth annual Lilly North Conference on Teaching and Learning in Traverse City. Saville also received a perfect attendance award in recognition of distinguished support of teaching and learning as demonstrated by six years of continuous attendance and participation in the Lilly North Conference.
Heidi Stevenson (English Department) presented a paper titled Me Talk Professional One Day: Authentic Voice in Technical Writing at the Michigan College English Association Annual Conference in East Lancing Oct. 20-21. Stevenson’s paper proposed ways for technical and business writing teachers to help their students create technical documents using their own voices.
