Hypnosis is a natural process involoving a narrowing and focusing of one's attention.  Self-hypnosis is ideally suited for helping to alter one's attitudes and/or behavior in spheres such as studying, exercising, socializing, and having fun.  It is easy, feels good, and requires little time.  Here's the opportunity to try it.  John "Mac" MacDevitt, a licensed psychologist, is the presenter for this workshop.
