Self-Hypnosis for Personal Development and Enjoyment Workshop
Hypnosis is a natural process involoving a narrowing and focusing of one's attention. Self-hypnosis is ideally suited for helping to alter one's attitudes and/or behavior in spheres such as studying, exercising, socializing, and having fun.
