Manuel Glave Testino, Ph.D. is a Senior Researcher at the Group for the Analysis of Development (GRADE), and a Full Professor in the Department of Economics at the Catholic University of Peru. Dr. Glave is a specialist on sustainable rural development studies with international experience in the Andean Region, Central America, Africa and Asia.
