Dr. Camerius was a professor at NMU in marketing and retailing. He served as an advisor for the NMU chapter of the American Marketing Association (pictured) and Lambda Chi Alpha. He was helpful in getting these organizations to travel throughout the country for conferences and educational opportunities.
This bus trip was to the Detroit area to visit Ross Roy Advertising Agency, Strohs Brewery, and then a trip to Hiram Walker in Windsor.

We were also told that the AMA also attended the National AMA convention in St. Louis and the following year in Montreal. They took the train to both places.
