As e-commerce continues to grow in importance from a marketing perspective, a variety of strategic issues and implementation challenges arise when either transforming a firm’s existing business model or developing a new one. An understanding of existing and emerging issues and successful practices related to marketing in an e-commerce environment will be developed.
