Advising In this Undergraduate Bulletin, you will find information about all majors, minors and degree programs offered by Northern Michigan University and which courses you will need to take to earn your chosen degree.

Many degrees require Liberal Studies or General Education classes as well as those in the major. Students starting in fall 2017 and later will follow the guidelines and courses in General Education. Those who entered NMU earlier will continue under the Liberal Studies options.

The Courses link provides descriptions for all courses offered at NMU. Current Couse Offerings lists those that are offered in the current or upcoming semester, along with the course instructor, meeting time, dates and location.

MyNMU is where you go to register for courses, pay tuition, obtain your course schedule and view grades, etc.
