NE 421 Community Health Nursing and Continuity of Care (Clinic)

Co-requisite: Taken concurrently with NE 420 and NE 422.
Prerequisite: NE 371, NE 372, NE 381 and NE 382.
The focus is on application of NE 420 concepts to the nursing process using various role dimensions in community and home-care nursing. Care is provided to individuals, families and aggregates in selected structured and unstructured environments.
