EN 440 Topics in Gender in Literature
3-4 cr.

Prerequisite: Completion of the foundations of communication requirement, junior standing or instructor's permission.

A study of the role and significance of gender in literature, concentrating on a particular genre and/or period. Generally, the emphasis will be on women writers and/or the portrayal of gender.

Note: Available for an additional research credit; students must be registered for the three-credit course before signing up for the additional credit. This additional credit must be added separately.
