Prerequisite: MKT 230, junior standing or instructor’s permission.

The sales representative as a component of the marketing mix in B2B/B2C/B2G sales situations, whether involving tangible products or services. Particularly, consideration of theoretical, conceptual, and applied aspects of selling integrating relevant technology for the 21st century sales representative.
