The  Beaumier Upper Peninsula Heritage Center is in the process of developing curriculum-based school programs related to the center’s exhibitions and mission.  More information on these programs will be available in spring 2009.

Distance Learning

Northern Michigan University offers several historical and heritage-based distance learning programs for schools and universities that have the audio/visual capabilities.  A short list includes programs on the history of logging and lumbering in the Upper Peninsula and the history of mining in the Upper Peninsula.   If you are interested in having your class receive this programming, please contact Max Graves at at 906-227-2912 or mgraves@nmu.edu.
