Dozing Discounts

ASNMU has two separate branches of Dozing Discounts. The first has prices negotiated with individual hotels listed at the bottom of the page.

The second is through Wyndham Hotel Group and covers numerous hotel chains including Days Inn, Ramada, and Microtel. To access the discounted rates for these hotels, please login to your MyNMU account and select the link to open the reservations page on the Wyndham site. The site that appears in a second window will automatically enter the information needed to receive the discounted rates. These rates are available internationally to all NMU students, faculty, and staff. If you are unable to access the Wyndham site, please contact our office directly to obtain the Corporate Identification Number that you will need to make a reservation over the phone. The following telephone numbers are dedicated corporate account numbers, but you will need to have the corporate identification number to receive the discount.

Traditional Dozing Discounts

If you're driving and can't make it home, stop at one of these participating hotels to receive a discounted room rate for the night. An "@" next to the rate given means you need your student ID, an "*" indicates that the rate does not include tax.

In order to prevent misuse of this program, students cannot call ahead and make reservations. They may call the hotel while driving home to check on availability, but they can't make reservations weeks ahead of time.
