[Otaku Anime Club] presents our Halloween Spectacular on 1 November @ 8PM featuring snacks, games, and the first annual Halloween costume contest! Winner receives one ticket to Broken Lizard (The GENIUS behind Super Troopers, Beerfest and Club Dread) and dinner!

"Social hour(and a half)" starts at 6:30.

Our special holiday films are Kakurenbo and 5cm per second.

"Kakurenbo" is based around "Otokoyo", a game of hide and seek played by children near the ruins of an abandoned old city. The children who play this disappear, believed to be spirited away by demons.

"5cm per second" is the story of Takaki Tōno and Akari Shinohara. The two become friends when she transfers to his elementary school. They grow closer to each other due to similar interests and attitudes. Will their relationship prosper or fail?

Expect thrills, chills and a few surprises.
