What is Experience Northern?

With capacity limits on in-person campus visits and new student orientation going virtual, we thought you might be craving an in-person NMU experience.

So... we created a day of activities for you and your family. We hope you'll join us.

This is an optional in-person experience filled with activities designed for fall 2021 admitted students and their families to get comfortable with NMU.

We promise not to make you sit in a lecture hall and listen to a boring powerpoint presentation. Instead, try out our fat tire bikes on the trails, take a history tour around Marquette, learn about careers in your field while you scale to the top of NMU's indoor rock climbing wall.

Bring your family and Experience Northern!

If you need to take care of something while you're here, maybe a financial aid form or a housing question, all of NMU's student service offices will be open for business.

Space is limited.
