Enroll at the College of Your Choice

Now is the time for you to decide where you will become a student. Make sure to send any required paperwork or tuition deposit to the school of your choice to ensure a spot in its freshmen class. This will vary by school. At NMU, we do not need any notification or deposit until you apply for housing and orientation. Once you make your decision, don't forget to notify other schools to which you have applied. It not only allows them to open spots and accept other students, it keeps you from being overwhelmed with mail from the different schools. Generally, May 1 is the accepted deadline to notify schools of your decision.
