Here are two cost calculators you can use:
NMU Admissions Cost Calculator: This cost calculator was created by the NMU Admissions Office and uses the most current tuition and fee rates. Each February, the admission staff update the calculator, changing the current rates to estimated rates for the upcoming academic year. The estimated costs are replaced with the actual tuition and fee rates for the new school year in the summer when they are set by the NMU Board of Trustees, which usually happens in July. So, using this calculator provides estimates using either current or upcoming rates, depending on when you are activating the calculator. U.S. Department of Education's Net Price Calculator: This net price calculator was created by the U.S. Department of Education and is customized to NMU. It uses the tuition and fee rates from the previous academic year no matter what point of year you are activating the calculator.

Remember, students must complete the Free Application For Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) each year in order to be eligible for, and receive, an actual financial aid award that includes federal grant, loan or work-study assistance.
