Adriana Greci Green (Center for Native American Studies) presented the paper “Of the Highest Standard of Quality: Quill Art of the Michigan Indian Handicraft Project” at the national conference of the Native American Art Studies Association held in Fairbanks, Alaska. She also organized and chaired the session titled Understanding the Impact of Arts and Crafts Programs within Native Communities. At the national conference of the American Society for Ethnohistory in Tulsa, Okla., Green presented "To Rehabilitate and Provide Employment: The Michigan WPA Indian Arts and Craft Program.” She also organized and chaired the session titled Making Indian Arts: Evaluating the History and Legacy of Craft Programs within Native Communities.
