Publications

Gary Brunswick (Business) co-authored a case titled “Stormy Kromer” in the Journal of the International Academy for Case Studies. A teaching note for this case was also published in the same journal.

Randall Jensen (HPER) co-authored an article titled "The optimal complex training rest interval for athletes from anaerobic sports." It was published in the August 2006 issue of the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research. Jensen and his colleagues, who hail from the University of Limerick and the Irish Rugby Football Union of Dublin, found that jump performance is influenced by the amount of rest after weightlifting exercise. There was a decrease in performance immediately after weightlifting, but a slight increase beyond four minutes of recovery. The results were similar for both men and women.
