David Cooper (Philosophy) wrote "Sharing the Practical Wisdom: A Dictionary of PBSP Insights and Concepts with Philosophical Commentary," which was published on CD. It addresses the philosophical significance of Pesso Boyden System Psychomotor Therapy.

"Opening Words: Making Writing Matter," an article by Kia Jane Richmond (English) is the introduction to the "Writing Matters" issue of the Language Arts Journal of Michigan, the scholarly journal of the Michigan Council of Teachers of English. Richmond was the guest co-editor for the issue, which includes essays from NMU students Mary-Kay Wildenhain Belant and Bridgette Buehrly, as well as NMU graduates Amber Kinonen, Abby Brown and Heather Solgot.
